My first car was a 2300 SD1.

Still liking a bit of quirkiness and comfort with speed, I now drive this:

330 bhp and 365 lb/ft plus 4WD.

It's better than the SD1 in the snow![/img]

I've heard some very good things about the Legnum VR4. Nice car. Not enough cylinders though Razz

Very nice, I've always liked the Galant/Legnum. Aggressive looking car, lots of horses and bags of room, what more could you ask for?

I think I'll start looking at eBay now..... Very Happy

Heh! My SD1 was 6 cylinder.....

And I have been told there are bucket loads of VR4's in NZ! Not heard of many SD1's there though.

I did look at a few Legnum VR4s but couldn't find one with a manual box cheap and this showed up for pennies as it were, its just a standard V6-24...

... I never could resist a bargin. Cool Laughing

Cool

That's how I got into the VR4 world. The V6 isn't a bad car either, just missing the wow factor of forced induction and 4WD. You can get a lot of car for your money with the Galant/Legnum.

is a good place for info on the car if you ever need it. I also think it's a nice friendly forum too! (I am biased, though, as I'm a mod on there!)

Enjoy!
