Hi all,
I've managed to acquire what appears to be a full set of service manuals for the SD1 (covering the Series 1, Series 2 and injected versions, including USA/Australia-spec models), which cover many aspects in more detail than the Haynes manual, and have more diagrams. Since they run into hundreds of pages, I'm not terribly keen to scan them all in, but if any of you post a request here, I'll scan in the bits that you're after and post them up for download. _________________ My SD1:

Thats really good news if its stuff that has hitherto remained hidden in the UK too.
Best bet is to break any scanning down into most likely usable chunks, particularly where the most problems also lie.
So, if the number of pages/chapters relating to Efi system/component descriptions and service is a manageable quantity for you, I would like to see a copy of that stuff.
Because it is also likely to be the Antipodean version it all adds to our sum knowledge of the overall system.
I am always trying to expand the amount of useful material on my website, so if it is suitable and relevant my intention would be to clean it up (sizewise/and content) and reload it onto my website, with your permission.
In the interest of readability, if the weight (kilobytes) of each scanned page comes out too big to upload to a host let me know and we could work out a way to transfer them by FTP or email or something.
Many thanks _________________ Ramon

As Ramon suggests, what is missing from the CD-ROM are the technical updates, bulletins, newsletters etc. which might give insight into some of the more esoteric fixes provided by Austin-Rover. |

I'm not entirely sure what I have and haven't got there, but as well as the regular "Repair Operations Manual" and its supplements, I've got another set of books that appear to be typeset to a much lower standard, that contain all the information in the repair manuals, as well as including large amounts of information regarding testing procedures, and details of all the Rover Special Tools. I'll get all the EFI information up as soon as I can - let me know what you think of it. _________________ My SD1:
